The hotel’s standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is entirely at the hotel’s discretion.
A maximum of three adults are permitted in a single room. A mattress/rollaway bed must be provided for the third occupant.
The itinerary is set in stone and cannot be changed. Transportation will be provided in accordance with the itinerary and will not be available. We will process a refund for any paid activity that is not operational due to an unforeseen reason, and the refund should be received by the guest within 30 days of the refund being processed.
Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for any complementary activities that are not charged to VrindavanMathura.com or the guest.
In cool or hilly areas, air conditioning will not work.
The packages do not include admission, parking, or guide fees.
If your flights involve multiple airlines, you may need to collect your luggage upon arrival at the connecting hub and register it again when checking in for the next leg of your journey to your destination.

At the time of booking, airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability.
The booking price is determined by the passengers’ age. Please ensure that the correct passenger age is entered at the time of booking. Passengers who provide incorrect age information may face penalties at the time of travel.
In the event that none of the listed hotels are available, arrangements will be made for alternate lodging in a hotel of comparable standard.
If your package must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, weather conditions, etc., VrindavanMathura.com will make every effort to provide you with the maximum possible refund, subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
VrindavanMathura.com reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, and so on. While we will do our best to make appropriate alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims resulting from this.
Certain hotels may require a security deposit at check-in, which is refundable subject to the hotel’s policy.
Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, and so on are not included in the booking price.
Any other items not listed under Inclusions are not included in the booking price.
The package price does not include any special dinners or mandatory hotel charges, particularly during New Year’s and Christmas, or any other special occasions. VrindavanMathura.com will try to communicate this when you book the package. However, VrindavanMathura.com may not always have this information readily available.
The cost of deviation and extension of the validity period on your ticket are not included.
